The cottages were converted in the 1980's from an old grain store. They are of brick, timber and stone construction under a tiled roof. They are semi-detached cottages, with 4 garages underneath and to the front of the property.

The property is approached along a tarmacadamed driveway and there is parking to the side of the property.

The gardens have play areas for children, BBQ area and relaxing spots to sit and read while children play safely.

There is also a laundry Room with coin operated washing machine, dryer and pay phone.
