The following is a guideline for the availability status of each of our cottages. Please contact us using the details at the bottom of this page if you would like to place a booking.

- Payment by cash or cheque with bankers card number.
- We welcome assistance dogs but unfortunately due to us letting the farmland as grass keep for sheep we cannot take any other pets.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the properties.
- All properties available from 3p.m. on day of arrival.
- All properties to be vacated by 10a.m. on day of departure.
- Sheets, duvet covers & pillowcases all provided, please bring own towels & tea towels.
- Cots and high chairs available - please provide own cot linen.
- You are welcome to walk around the fields but please remember the Countryside Code.
- All prices are in £ sterling and include electricity and heating (where applicable).
- £50 deposit is required for each week booked, please note this is non-refundable so we advise you have travel insurance in case of cancellation.
- Final payment due 4 weeks before start of holiday (an invoice will be sent).
